Plain-language terms: These rules apply to the current browser version of Rizo.game.

LICENSE

Rizo.game grants players a personal, limited, revocable license to use the game for entertainment. Rizo characters, artwork, writing, code, names, logos, and Rizo Apparel branding remain protected property of their respective owner.

VIRTUAL ITEMS

Embers, shards, pets, cosmetics, ranks, and other game items have no cash value and are not transferable outside the game unless a future written feature expressly says otherwise. Local browser data can be lost if website data is cleared.

FAIR PLAY

Do not automate ad interactions, manipulate saves to abuse advertising rewards, attack the service, impersonate the brand, redistribute the game as your own, or use the game for unlawful activity.

ADS AND LINKS

The game may display clearly identified third-party advertising and links. Rewarded advertising is optional. A third-party advertiser or linked site is responsible for its own content and services.

AVAILABILITY

The game may change, pause, reset test data, or discontinue features. It is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent allowed by law.
